Coral Springs, Broward County. Since January 2000.

Powder coating that outlasts paint.

Wheels, brake calipers, frames, springs, marine hardware, gates and one-off pieces. A small shop where you talk directly to the people coating your parts.

What powder coating actually is

Instead of a liquid paint, a dry powder is sprayed onto bare, clean metal with an electrostatic charge. The part then goes into an oven, where the powder melts, flows and cures into one continuous, hard shell.

The result is a finish that holds up to chips, scratches, sun and salt air far better than ordinary paint. That matters on a caliper that heats up under hard braking, a wheel that takes curb rash, or a gate facing a South Florida summer.

How it works

  1. Bring it in or call

Show us the part, tell us the color and finish you want. We’ll tell you what prep it needs.

  2. Prep

Old finish, rust and grease removed. Small parts are sandblasted to bare metal.

  3. Coat and cure

Powder applied electrostatically, then baked in the oven into a hard shell.

  4. Inspect and pick up

We check the finish before you get the call that it’s ready.

Questions people ask

How long does powder coating take?

It depends on the size of the job, how much prep the part needs and the color. Most small jobs move quickly. Call us with the details and we’ll give you a realistic date.

Can you powder coat brake calipers?

Yes, calipers are one of our most common jobs. Rubber seals and pistons can’t go in the curing oven, so calipers need to be prepared before coating. Call us and we’ll explain what to bring.

Can you powder coat wheels and rims?

Yes. Wheels must come in without tires. Tell us about any curb rash or corrosion so we can plan the prep.

Is powder coating better than paint?

For durability, usually yes: it’s thicker, harder and more resistant to chips and fading, with virtually no solvents. Liquid paint still makes sense on parts that can’t handle oven heat.

What colors are available?

Thousands of colors, textures and finishes: gloss, matte, metallic, candy, neon, glitter and more. Come by and we’ll help you choose.

What can’t be powder coated?

Anything that can’t take the oven’s heat, such as plastic, wood or rubber. The part has to be metal.

How much does it cost?

Price depends on the size and number of parts, their condition and the finish. Call us with a description, or stop by with the part for a quote.
